Shipping policy
We offer shipping Australia wide from our location in Melbourne, Victoria. For international orders, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Shipping fees
Standard Shipping (Australia Post) within Australia is a flat rate of $9.95 for orders under $99. Free standard shipping applies to orders over $99 AUD.
Express Shipping (Australia Post) within Australia is charged at a flat rate of $14.95.
For all international destinations, shipping rates will be estimated based on your delivery address and calculated during checkout.

Customs & Duties:
Please be aware that we cannot guarantee whether customs taxes or duties will be charged. Customs or import duties are imposed once the parcel reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient. Poquito Pets is not responsible for any customs taxes or duties. If you refuse to pay the incurred customs fees, resulting in the return of the parcel to us, any applicable return fees will be deducted from the refund.
Dispatch
Upon placing your order, all available items are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours from our fulfilment warehouse.
Orders submitted over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday, or the next business day in the event that the Monday is a public holiday.
We will dispatch your order within 24 to 48 hours, with an estimated delivery time of 3 to 8 business days with Standard Shipping.
Express post deliveries have an estimated delivery time of 1-3 business days depending on your location.
Please keep in mind that delivery to regional, rural, and international destinations may take additional time.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing tracking information, so keep an eye on your inbox for alerts and updates.
Lost or missing orders
We do our best at Poquito Pets to ensure that your package has all the correct information to ensure it can be delivered to you!
If you suspect that your Poquito Pets products were delivered to an incorrect address, please reach out to our friendly team at hello@poquitopets.com.au, and we will promptly assist you.
If the package was sent to the correct address, Poquito Pets cannot be held accountable for any missing packages.

Change of mind returns
For change of mind returns (including colour change and size change), an exchange or store credit is available, however refunds are only available for faulty or damaged items. Please refer to our refund policy for further information.
